Tulsa, a big city in Okalahoma state today sent chills to all those arachnophobics when a grocery store spotted one of the world’s deadly spiders in their produce section. A staff of the Whole Foods Market departmental store found a deadly spider loitering around banana produce.

But breath easy, as he could manage to contain the deadly creature. It was later handed over to the Director of the Animal Facilities of the University of Tulsa, Terry Childs. The research staff told that the spider could be one of the deadliest of the species; one bite of the spider could kill man in no less than half hour time. Terry Childs further remarked that the poison does have an antidote, but may not be present in the Tulsa area.

Whole Foods store manager say that they do follow an ordeal of checking their produce, especially imported produce to make sure its worth consuming by humans.
