IPL 2009 Moves Out of India

The Indian Premiere League 2009 has been moved out of India. The BCCI has said that the IPL 2009 would be moved to either South Africa or England because of the General Elections.
The decision came after the emergency meeting of BCCI held on March 22nd, 2009. The IPL season 2 has been facing problem since the time beginning.
The BCCI said that it is in touch with Cricketing Boards outside India, which have shown an interest in hosting the IPL. The BCCI confirmed that the IPL dates will not be changed and that the match format will remain the same.
The Match Timings will be 4PM IST and the second match will be telecast at 8PM IST if and whenever there is a second match.
