Corbett National Park, Nainital, India
In 1936, the British Administration reserved an area of 324 Square Kms near Nainital (Now a district in Uttarkhand, India). The primary purpose was to create a Game Reserve. The reserve area was named as Hailey National Park.
After Independance, the reserve area was renamed to Ramganga National Park.
