Bollywood Akshay Kumar and His Wife Twinkle Khanna Booked under IPC Sec 294
Mumbai Police register a case against Bollywood star Akshay Kumar on act of indulgence in public obscenity. The actor’s wife Twinkle Khanna and organizers of Lakme India Fashion Week were also filed with the same charges.
The actor indulged in obscenity in public during the fashion show on Saturday night in Mumbai.
A Vakola police station official reported that upon inquiry they had found Akki of being guilty; indulging in an obscene act and so they have registered a case against the actor, his wife as well as the organizers of the Fashion Show.
Now if you wonder what the adorable Bollywood actor did, then Akki did an unzip act during Tarun Tahiliani’s (one of the popular designer) show at the Lakme Fashion week on the night of Saturday. It was during the walking the ramp that the actor went ahead to his wife Twinkle Khanna allegedly asking her to unzip his trouser. An IPC Sec 294 case had been registered against the three involved in the act and it was against a complaint lodged by one Mumbai based social activist, Anil Nair.
Akshay Kumar told public that he didn’t intend to hurt public sentiments and if he had hurt, he apologized.

News has it that Twinkle Khanna, was taken into custody by Vakola police, in Mumbai after she reportedly surrendered in the presence of her lawyer Bhairav Choudhary. She was later released on a bail of Rs 950. Twinkle informed the police that Akshay, who is currently out of Mumbai, will present himself before the police on his return on Monday.
