Farrah Fawcett Cancer Battle Continues With The Actress’ Incredible Resilience And Resolve

Movie buffs that had seen Charlie’s Angels would have had sleepless nights. The hottie Farrah Fawcett is the one who had been awesome and was a heartthrob for many. She had hit the headlines lately for reasons that will break her fans’ hearts.

Farrah Fawcett cancer struggle seems to continue after she developed some complication after a routine cancer treatment.

According to doctors treating Farrah Fawcett, cancer is metastasizing to other important organ of her body. She is being treated for cancer of anus and is now in a hospital at Los Angeles.

The 62-year-old actress had been treated for her anal cancer in Germany, and she developed a complication from the treatment she’d gotten at the Germany hospital; a hematoma that developed inside a muscle for which she is being currently hospitalized and treated in Los Angeles, reports her doctor, Dr. Lawrence Piro, a Los Angeles cancer specialist. In his report he says, “Farrah Fawcett is doing fantastic. Farrah Fawcett cancer battle continues and she is not on the death’s door…”

The 62-year-old “Charlie’s Angels” fame was diagnosed of anal cancer way back in 2006, and she was then treated at The Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Farrah Fawcett cancer was initially treated with chemotherapy and then radiation and the cancer was not surgically removed as some reports say. However, again in Mid 2007 Farrah Fawcett cancer seemed to have spread to liver according to scans. Her most recent treatment was in Germany where the specialists tried to contain the spread of her cancer to liver. It was then during some treatment procedure that she developed hematoma and she was taken to Los Angeles.

Farrah Fawcett cancer remission will take time though but the actress is expected to leave the hospital soon and her resilience and resolve are amazingly strong to battle her cancer opine her family and friends.
