X-Men Origins Wolverine Review

The movie X-Men Origins Wolverine is directed by Gavin Hood. Wolverine is a superhero film based on the renowned comic character Wolverine.

The film has starring Hugh Jackman who is back after sometime in the lead role and who is now worse this time around it focuses on Wolverine and his time with Team X. Wolverine’s violent past is reflected in this film along with encounters with William Stryker; the role that is played by Danny Huston and Sabretooth is played again by a very different actor Liev Schreiber. Gambit will appear again in Wolverine. The scenes for the film are reportedly shot most parts of Australia and New Zealand and it certainly takes back audience to some twenty years ago.

Hugh Jackman underwent rigorous training to sport that muscular as well as bad boy look and he had tried like hell to lower his body fat and increase muscle mass, so it will be a treat for Jackman’s fans to watch this star who also happens to be the producer of the film.

Unfortunately although the film is due for a world release in the last week of April, a full length DVD print of the film can be downloaded from Bit Torrent websites and that is what is creating a major upheaval. The craze for the movie has already set in and its effect is being compared with Dark Knight. No wonder video games are also being developed based on this film.

A prequel to the X-film triology with focus on Wolverine, Gavin Hood is speculating that there can be a sequel set in landscape of Japan. But for the time its X-Men origins that need to be watched with bated breaths.
