Yes you read it right! Shah Rukh is ready with a new beverage brand; Coke’s lemon variant ‘Sprite.’
This also means that Coke has pitched in all Bollywood biggies for its 3 brands; Amir Khan for Coca Cola, Akshay Kumar for Thumbs Up and Shah Rukh Khan for Sprite.
A new TVC is made with supposedly Shah Rukh taking dig at Pepsi. SRK decided to switch to a Coke brand after PepsiCo ended the long association it had with the superstar.
Shah Rukh fizzed in the new ad on Sprite according to sources and the ad will show Shah Rukh digging at the rival brand beverage. Sprite ad will be aired during the IPL and it will be interesting to see how Shah Rukh takes Sprite’s ‘Seedhi Baat’ campaign to kick off Pepsi. Noteworthy is Sprite’s funny spoof on SRK’S Pepsi Youngistaan TVC.
According to rumors new Sprite TV commercial will show SRK in a conversation with his KKR team members and players. So can we hope to catch a glimpse of Knight Riders Sourav Ganguly and Ishant Sharma?
