Jackie Chan announces 100th Movie – Chinese Zodiac

The Rush Hour star – Jackie Chan announced that the new project will be directed by Rumble in the Bronx fame Stanley Tong. The 55-year-old actor will codirect the movie which is tentatively named Chinese Zodiac.
Shooting for Chinese Zodiac will take place in China, France and Austria.
Stanley Tong also has to his credit a TV series on martial arts named “Martial Law” and also a comic flick “Mr. Magoo,”
He first directed the Asian star in a 1995 action flick “Rumble in the Bronx” which was a big hit at box office and also “The Myth” a 2005 fantasy film.
Budget outlay and Chan’s investment in the movie Chinese Zodiac is not disclosed as yet but the star will invest along with Emperor Motion Pictures of Hong Kong.
Jackie Chan latest release is a Chinese thriller “Shinjuku Incident,” and he played an immigrant becoming a hit list for Japanese mafia gangsters. His forthcoming Hollywood action comedy is “The Spy Next Door,” and “Big Soldier,” which is another Chinese production.
