Live IPL Preview : Kolkata Knight Riders vs Kings XI Punjab

kxip vs kkr

Kolkata Knight Riders has become a laughing stock in IPL season 2 with string of only losses. With just one win so far (and, ah! They didn’t win it for any better playing, it was courtesy Duckworth and Lewis formula) there is absolutely no interest amongst Indian cricket fans when team KKR is playing.

The team owner is disappointed to that extent that he vanished away from South Africa. Will a match against KXIP in Port Elizabeth be any different for Kolkata Knight Riders? I am sorry to sound rude but I don’t believe!

Flop after flop and there is absolutely no learning from mistakes and Brendon McCullum’s bowling moves especially even in close and win-is-possible matches makes it so annoying for any KKR and to be precise Saurav Ganguly’s fan. There seems to be no co-ordination and understanding between batsmen. Surprisingly, they all took extra coaching than other team members.

For Kings XI Punjab although a win is certain for them, they should go and play to increase the run rate. For now they are playing musical chairs with Mumbai Indians in points tally, although Mumbai Indians possess the highest run rate so far. The team members are gelling well and it’s this understanding that will bring great results and if that’s missing it will look like KKR. Sangakkara is slowly getting great touch with his willow and it is something that will help the Punjab kings. He is very dangerous and a match winner. Yuvraj can take this as a match to launch himself into his devastating form.
