Mumbai Indians have become another team just like KKR sliding down the points table in IPL 2009. If they are not winning the match against Delhi Daredevils they will play tomorrow in East London, its going to become an uphill task for them to see them a chance of playing the semi finals. But, for now, I barely see a chance for the Sachin-led team to go past the last four.
Delhi Daredevils on the contrast are standing at the top of the table and looks like they will be continuing the same momentum going. It was indeed a great partnership between Gambhir and Dilshan the other day against KKR that took away the match from Knight Riders. The duo not only anchored the innings strong, but played some appealing shots to thrill the spectators.
For Mumbai Indians, batting failure has been the reason for their dismal performance and Sachin has the onus now to give another winner to his team if he wishes to take MI to the next level. They are at the last just above the Knight Riders. Apart from JP Duminy there is no one who is doing consistently well for the Mumbai team. At least 3 in top 5 batsmen should score well tomorrow and if the game is started well, I guess they can finish it off well! Jai Ho Sachin and boys!
