Bigg Boss is a reality TV show, an adaptation of the most popular English version Big Brother, first developed in Netherlands by Endemol. Although there were apprehensions about the concept which is considerably bold in context to the Indian culture nevertheless it is very well received and surprisingly become quite a rage with the Indian audience.
There had been two seasons of Bigg Boss already. Bigg Boss Season 1, broadcasted by Sony Entertainment in the year 2006-07 where the host was circuit Arshad Warsi and the winner was Rahul.
However, it was Bigg Boss 2 hosted by leggie diva Shilpa Shetty that began on August 17, 2008 which claimed hell lot of viewership ratings for its many personalities taking part and some tragic incident taking place.
It was in the Bigg Boss show that Jade Goody (ah! You gotta right! She’s the one who uttered race against our leggie Shilpa Shetty), one of the participants who died very recently of cervical cancer, had to cut short her appearances and flew back home for treatment. There was a surprise wild card entry in Bigg Boss 2 and it was the former Miss India and Miss World Diana Hayden. However, she did not last long and was evicted from the Bigg Boss house after a stint of 7 weeks from 15th September 2008 to 8th November 2008.
So, what this eviction and Bigg Boss house all about?
Yes, this Bigg Boss Season 2 reality TV show consisted of 14 participants including controversial names such as Rahul Mahajan, politician Sanjay Nirupam and Monica Bedi competing for cash prize of 1 crore. There is a Bigg Boss house, and in season 2 you saw that the house was more stylish and equipped with modern amenities than that of Bigg Boss Season 1.
All the 14 participants need to enter this house with just one suitcase and would then be cut off from the rest of the world until the show ends almost after 85 days. During these 12 weeks time period these contestants are required to do all the housework beginning from cooking to cleaning while they begin staying together without any helping hand in the form of maids. Every move of the participants is monitored through cameras 24×7. Each week some tasks were assigned by Bigg Boss and then through a process of nomination one person will be evicted from three participants voted in the dumping ground. The eviction from Bigg Boss house is through public voting. Each week has its own task with twists resulting in punishment and lastly exit. This is how it continued week after week.
All said and done its not as easy and its one that requires bitching against opponents and conspiring against other inmates to stay alive through the last episode.
In the Bigg Boss season 2 it was MTV Roadies 5 winner Ashutosh Kaushik who walked away with the Bigg Boss cash prize of 1 crore with Raja Chowdhury as the first runner up and Zulfi Syed as the second runner up. Ashutosh Kaushik was nominated for elimination three times, but each time it was public who saved him through their voting. He was a great entertainer for the viewers through his funny one liner and mannerisms.
So here again the search for the contestants of Bigg Boss Season 3 is already up and this time we are expecting a healthy mix of some newsmakers along with commoners to throw up more real challenges.

We don’t want to see down class and vulgarity touching real low like we saw in few episodes of Bigg Boss 2. All we expect is another series with episodes of unadulterated reality in Big Boss 3. And, yes, we are expecting more than confessions and evictions, this time. Any clues as to how the concept and ideas of Bigg Boss 3 will be? Definitely some new features need to be added to make it more interesting and fun watching!

bigg boss is a rocking show…aaisa kaun hoga jo iss show mea nahi aana chahega…bt i think a person who can tolerate mental pressure at a high rate..n even enjoy da stressful situations deserves to b part of da show…i think mainly da age matters for dis…bcoz jab hum ek ghante ka show dekhte hai ussmea he garh mea bahut tension chal rahee hoti hai we can understand full day kaisa hota hoga…dis show needs a person having sense of humour…

Who get Eliminated this week from Bigg Boss : Vindu, Raju or Pravesh ??????
Friends, Yesterday inside the BB house, Vindu and Pravesh clashed with each other. Both of them used vulgar language in front of everybody. Buth the question raised in my mind that suddenly what happens to both of them. Its is crystal clear that both Vindu & Pravesh are equally guilty for whatever they done. And its also quite possible that both are fooling the viewers.
In yesterday’s nominations, both Vindu and Raju received nominations ans Pravesh received the three nominations. BB decided to nominate all three. for this week nominations. After this nomination, Vindu Dara Singh some foul language (Usne bola ki yaha kissi ki koi AUKAT nahi) This AUKAT word word did not go well with Pravesh, who got nominated first time in the show and look like very upset after nominations. He took the Vindu head on the later the talk become very ugly.
Kamal Khan put the GHEE, MIRCH & MASALA in between to make the fires more strong. He is as a GUEST in the BB house and playing the games with Vindu & Pravesh to make the show more interesting. What I personally think that Vindu was correct since everybody knows that he is outspoken personality and he said SORRY to Pravesh more then 10 time in from of everybody. But Pravesh kept on saying the provoking words and seen in the mood to fight. Vindu controlled a lot himself and sort of stopped the oral and physical fight as well.
I think Pravesh want to make some seen to get instant fame (JUST LIKE CHEEP RAKHI SAWANT TYPE) becoz since ever after being Mr.India 2008, I never heard his name. Also he got frustrated of being nominated, whereas Vindu just laughed off. Pravesh is manipulating the nomination process.
My vote always go with Vindu only.

What i think is a bit different from ur personal opinion. Vindu is nothing as far as i know about electronic media. U can say that both of them r new to us except Mr. Dara Singh’s name. if u remove that name after vindu then he is just like a stupid, frustrated, irritating all the time, crying without any reason type of woman; which is ofcourse of nobody’s choice except its own relatives. May be he is a very rich person coz of his father and has given bribe to many of his friends to send sms for voting him. Which i think is not a fair thing in a show where people have listened this talk several times-” My friends keep voting for me (5 times more than *****)”, “India is watching”. I think a common man has become very much smart that he will not vote for Vindu.Only bribe can save him.

I am watching this show everyday..n was shocked when pravesh has thrown the food in swimming pool.its not a question whether you are a celebrety or a common man(i dont think he is common man-ex-mr.india??)you must follow the rules of the game.And the thing he has done is not excusable…i’m also a common man(woman)and i know the values of food ,there are so many people in our country who cant afford everydays meal…n so i was expecting that today he will get punished for that..but again shocked when big boss said he is small(is he a kid ?kids will never do like him)n in tomorrows episode he has given punishment of not having food for 24 hours??IS THATS ALL???HE MUST GO TO JAIL,BOYCOT HIM,OR ASK HIM TO LEAVE THE SHOW FOR THIS
