Now, we ended up with caps that will keep the big boys out (the big ones who bring the fans). The current mediocrity is boring. Good luck keeping the average fan watching if the big names, sponsors, best drivers, .... are not in the winning column. A lot of the new regulations are stupid. For example I think reducing down force is ok for closer racing, but the testing issue is clearly holding teams back from being competitive. Especially when the FIA is going to make exceptions for teams, allowing their controversial diffusers. I mean seriously, 6 of 7 and three 1 2 finishes for a new team with no sign of other teams being able to compete is ridiculous. The sport has some work to do, hopefully they dont blow it and piss off all the manufactures for next year. If there is no Ferrari, Im not watching the bull shit anymore.
