Lara Croft: Tomb Raider 3, will Megan Fox replace Angelina Jolie?
What started as Simon West’s dream of lending cinematic appeal to a video game series is just about to further its spread. Lara Croft: Tomb Raider is coming up with yet another installment. After West successfully converted the game series into a movie in 2001, the sequel followed in 2003; it was titled Cradle of Life. 6 years up the line, the third installment is going to take the rug beneath our feet.
Speculations were rife that Megan Fox might substitute Angelina Jolie for the role of Lara Croft. This wasn’t substantiated from any corner though. In fact, the claim has been squarely rejected and it is now unequivocally clear that Angelina will retain her spot. The helmsman for the film is still in wraps. Presently in Namibia, Jolie is soon expected to commence training for the role. Already, a frenetic search for the scriptwriter of the third installment is on.
Ian Livingstone, the man behind the character suggested that Paramount is weighing its options and Angelina is already gunning to don the new avatar. This would be close to a challenge, as Angelina will have to shake off post pregnancy flab and come out really clean for the svelte game character’s cinematic reincarnation.

Megan Fox, the whore of Hollywood. How the hell actually thinks she is sexy? Angelina did the first 2, it was great I love and own each of them. There is no reason why this ugly bimbo should even get the part. She doesn’t know how to act, there is no way she can do Lara Croft justice. Please Warner Bros. If you read any blog, You need to understand, Megan Fox will stink up the series. It wont be good, people won’t watch it, period.

i like angelina jolie…she is perfect in tomb rider, please dont change her place for megan… i like megan too she is sexy but, i think Jolie is the sexiest.. thanks

Tombraider needs to be redone like batman movies, great plot and action. That gymnastic chick is better than meagan fox because she can pull off the tricks and save money on a stunt double, they would have more money in the buget to put into the movie, meagan fox is over priced actress, and she runs goofy like in transformer movie. They are both look alikes for lara but everyone would compare Fox to Jolie in a negative way hurting the movie.
Megan would make a good younger Lara, Gergie off the Black Eyes Peas would make a great older Lara, and the Gymnastic chick is best physically active lara hopeful for medium age, Megan is ok but i’m not sure she’s got the toughness to kick somebody’s ass or take getting her ass kicked.
angilina made a great lora croft but if she is not going to be in the next movie megan fox would be good either way i will watch the movie because i really like tomb raider the movies and games so it doesn’t matter to me who plays lara croft as long as she is a good actress and looks good in the role
