Release date: January 29, 2010

When in Rome would probably be the first comedy next year. It should be released on 29th January, 2010. It is directed by Mark Steven Johnson who has written the script along with Weissman and Diamond.

It stars Kirsten Bell as Beth Harper who happens to be a successful New York resident. She knows how to build houses and real estate but not relationship. She has a number of failed promises from those who come in her way. On a sudden impulse, she visits Rome to be on the side of her about-to-be-wed sister. There she chances on a ‘fountain of love’ and picks coins if only to revive her fortune.

What happens then is a chain of comic connections. All those suitors whose coins she inadvertently stole follow her in a wondrous chase to beg for her hand. Standing amazed at this sudden turn of events, she has to choose among a swarm of suitors. With the presence of Josh Duhamel in the star cast, one is impelled to think that the final choice would be him.

Danny De Vito also adds a cracking punch with his indomitable comic timing and acting flair. The story takes many routes, through poker games and nude males and revelry. It has a genuine script to incubate with hilarious situations. Movie is safely in its post-production and the crew is pretty hopeful of its success in entirety. Many luckless damsels in real life may identify with Krsten’s character Beth in the movie.
